USS Wasp - LHD 1 / NEBP, Berthing Rio de Janeiro, Maiden call Brazil

Demandou 0 cais do Pier Mauá manhã do dia 30/11/2017 no Rio de Janeiro,, o Navio de Assalto Anfíbio classe Wasp americano USS "Wasp" - LHD 1, procedente de Norfolk/VA, em sua primeira escala no Brasil.

 Em sua manobra de atracação foi assitido pelos rebocadores Crater e WS Cygnus (Wilson Sons´s Rebocadores), C-Brilhante (Camorim Serviços Marítimos) e Starnav Sagitarius da Starnav Serviços Marítimos Ltda.), auxiliando no posicionamento da atracação por BE.

O Navio devera permanecer até a manhã do dia 3 de dezembro, quando deverá suspender ao redor de 09:00 h.

Suas principais características técnicas são:
